Founded in October 2017, Tsingshan Group, a Fortune Global 500 firm, made its first investment in a new energy company, REPT BATTERO. The primary activities of REPT BATTERO are the development, manufacturing, and marketing of lithium-ion batteries for use in power vehicles and energy storage, ranging from single cells to entire systems. In order to hasten the global transition to green energy, the organization has been working with clients.  In addition to production hubs in Wenzhou, Jiaxing, Liuzhou, Foshan, and Chongqing, REPT BATTERO maintains R&D facilities in Shanghai, Wenzhou, and Jiaxing. The overall production capacity reached 35.2 GWh by the end of 2022, and by 2025, it is anticipated to surpass 150 GWh. Over the course of 2022, energy storage battery shipments came in third place, while the installed volume of REPT BATTERO power batteries was among the top 10.
